上海海盈电子有限公司成立于1998年，位于上海市青浦区，厂房面积10000平方米，员工300人。 2008年，我们的新工厂-海盈电子科技(昆山)有限公司在江苏省昆山市淀山湖镇成立，厂房面积15000平方米，员工380人，注册资本636万美元，总投资2000万美元。同镇新建光伏接线盒厂区15000平方米，总投资1.25亿人民币。
